3500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 3500 platform by users in Malaysia. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the 3500 platform — whether through our website or app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using the 3500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments will be deemed acceptance of those revised terms.
The 3500 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is not permitted under any circumstances, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be terminated immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Creation and Verification
Each user may only hold one active account on the 3500 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The platform may request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Accounts found to use false information or to impersonate another individual will be terminated without warning.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please notify the 3500 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
Users of the 3500 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Among the activities that are prohibited including:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, forgery, or system manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and functionality of the platform.
- Opening more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
- Using bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stated conditions of the offer.
- Engaging in any conduct that could harm other users or damage the reputation of 3500.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and the platform reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet and online banking via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring they use valid payment methods registered in their own name.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to an account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account registered in the user's name. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises fraud concerns or violates platform policy.
Any taxes or charges related to financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. The 3500 platform is not liable for any processing delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The 3500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3500 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3500 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3500.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 3500 platform may engage third-party services for payment processing and certain technical functions. 3500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
3500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any remaining balance will be refunded after applicable charges are deducted in accordance with the current policy.
Changes to These Terms
3500 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
